We ship most of our walking canes via UPS.
We normally ship orders within one business day using UPS. Business Days are considered Monday - Friday and do not include any legal holidays. We offer reasonable priced shipping for orders to the lower 48 United States and Puerto Rico plus District of Columbia. Alaska, Hawaii residents rated are slightly higher and we cannot offer free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. We will ship to most of the US Territories via UPS or USPS but cannot offer free shipping to these locations. If you receive free shipping we will choose the carrier.
WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

Regular Standard UPS Shipments
Products should arrive within 3-5 days via normal ground shipping
Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air Shipments
Next Day and 2nd Day air shipments must be received in our office by 10:00 AM EST Monday through Friday to be shipped that day. We do not ship on weekends and holidays. Any orders received after 10:00 AM EST for special shipping will be sent the following business day. Any questions concerning this you should call our office before you select one of these shipment methods. We do not refund shipping charges under any circumstance. There are some items that do not qualify for these fast shipping methods so please be aware of this when you order.
Please keep in mind that some carriers do not deliver packages on Saturday so if you order next day air or second day air we do not count weekend days as travel time or delivery days.
