Return Policy on all Walking Canes and Accessories
You may request a return using this link REQUEST RETURN.
If you are not fully satisfied within 30 days of the delivery date, please return your order to us. You can call our dedicated customer service team at 1-888-928-1774 and they will assign to you a Return Authorization Number (RA) which allows us to keep track of the return. You may also request a return using the link above.
The returned product must be in new and unused condition, "New and unused" means sale-able condition, not dirty and not washed. We cannot accept returns for an item with any indications that it has been used.
We cannot accept returns for items that have been custom cut to your desired length from the regular length of the cane. Items that are on close-out are not returnable.
If we issue the return label and send it to you that amount will be deducted. All returns must be returned to us within 21 days of the RA number issued or a return label sent. You may also send the item back using your own shipping option.

Damaged Items
Please call us if the item arrived damaged. We will request a photo of the damage done to the item before we issue any refunds or replacements.
Credit and Return Time
Please give us some time to process your return. It can take 1-2 business days for us to process your return. It can take up to a week before your credit card sees the refund.
All refunds granted can only be issued to the credit card used at purchase.
Canceling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please call us at 1-888-928-1774 within one hour of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges. Don't worry! Even after one hour, our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time. If we have already cut your cane to length at your request then the order cannot be canceled.
