Petite Folding WhistleJacket National Gallery
Produced by Classic Canes under licence from The National Gallery in London, this petite folding adjustable derby cane features a repeating design of 'Whistlejacket' by George Stubbs, 1724-1806. 'Whistlejacket' was a favourite stallion of the 2nd Marquess of Rockingham and was painted in about 1762. The masterpiece was bought by The National Gallery in 1997 with support of the Heritage Lottery Fund. This four section folding cane is fitted with end-to-end 'easy-joints', which ensure it is easily managed by those without much strength in their wrists. It is height adjustable between 77 to 85cm (approximately 30"-33.5"), making it suitable for a wide variety of users' heights. Fitted with a non-slip rubber ferrule. This is a collectors item type cane. It is beautiful in design and style.
