If we do not answer please leave us a message and we will get back to you within a very short period of time. Make sure you leave your contact phone number and your location so we do not call you during off hours. We are located in Florida.

Return Policy on all Walking Canes and Accessories
You may request a return using this link REQUEST RETURN
If you are not fully satisfied within 30 days of the delivery date, please return your order to us. You can call our dedicated customer service team at 1-888-928-1774 and they will assign to you a Return Authorization Number (RA) which allows us to keep track of the return. You may also request a return using the link above. Please make sure you read our return policy. We will not take any returns back that have not been issued an RA number.
The returned product must be in new and unused condition, "New and unused" means sale-able condition, not dirty and not washed. We cannot accept returns for an item with any indications that it has been used or cut to size..
We cannot except returns for items that have been custom cut to your desired length from the regular length of the cane. We do not except returns for custom made items such as the dog handle canes or any cane that is handcrafted or painted just for you.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. All returns must be returned to us within 14 days of the RA number issued. We do not refund any freight charges that may have been billed to you on your original order or if you received free freight we will deduct the cost of that freight we paid to get the item to you.. Return fees can be charged if not returned in exact same condition with all tags and bags.
If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one completely at our expense. If the item has been damaged by the carrier we ask you take a picture of the item and email it to us so we can make a claim with the carrier.
Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces.
Credit and Return Time
Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. It can take 1-3 business days for us to process your return. It can take up to a week before your credit card sees the refund.
All refunds granted are for the purchase price and can only be issued to the credit card used at purchase.
Canceling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please call us at 1-888-928-1774 within one hour of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges. Don't worry! Even after one hour, our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time. If we have already cut your cane to length at your request then the order cannot be canceled.
We promise never to sell any customer's information to any third party. This is our pledge to you, our customer. Any information gathered on this site will be used only by Walking-Canes.net.
